Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard processing time for orders is 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 am (pst) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.

Please allow at least one week for your package to arrive; if you still have not received your purchase after 10 days, please contact us with your order number.

We suggest choosing UPS Ground if you live in a building or location where packages cannot be securely received (i.e. someone is not always present), as UPS requires signature confirmation for all packages to be delivered. UPS also offers more robust tracking and better redelivery options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Packages typically take anywhere from 7-10 days to arrive. If you have not received your package within 2 weeks, please contact us and include your order number.

We are not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods.

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.
